2009 Holiday Shipping Information
Beginning November 20, 2009, all orders will be shipped within 1-2 calendar days, with the exception of personalized items and special orders. Personalized gifts will ship within 4 calendar days of the order date.
Orders placed between 11/24 and 11/28 will ship on 11/30, due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

If you select UPS Ground shipping for your order, in-stock items should be received within 5 - 7 business days. All items are shipped via UPS from Groton, Massachusetts. Local delivery is made free of charge in Groton, Massachusetts only. Express orders are shipped within 1 business day of receipt, pending credit card verification. Please allow one week for personalized blankets and pails. The following chart lists shipping charges for orders consisting of non-special order items. Charges are calculated per shipping address. We are unable to process or ship international orders at this time.
